Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Recipe from Primally Inspired

I wanted to give you my homemade pumpkin pie spice recipe. To me, it’s the perfect ratio of spices with cinnamon being the king. If you are a cinnamon fan like me, I think you’ll really enjoy this pumpkin pie spice just like I do. To me, this recipe is even better than the store bought versions!

I usually triple or quadruple my recipe and store it in a little mason jar that I keep in my spice cabinet. This would make a fun little gift, too! πŸ™‚

You can use this homemade pumpkin pie spice for my paleo pumpkin spiced muffins.

By the way, have you tried them yet? You should!! They are SO easy to make and one of my most popular recipes! During the Fall season, I make a batch at least once a week and they get gobbled up in minutes. You can find that recipe HERE.

You can use this pumpkin pie spice for one of my favorite pumpkin recipes – my grain-free pumpkin bread with caramel glaze. Ohmigosh, please put that recipe on your to-make list asap! So delicious.

And if you haven’t tried my no grains, no dairy, no refined sugar pumpkin roll recipe, give it a try with this homemade pumpkin spice. Both sides of my family always request this at our annual Thanksgiving and Fall festivities. It’s a huuuuge hit with everyone – even those who don’t care about being grain free!

This is so good to know! And I love your image. I only used 1/8 tsp allspice because my husband doesn’t really like it. And then I doubled the ginger because it’s delicious.

I don’t have allspice so I looked up the recipe for it and they all say it is cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. If so is it will it change the taste if I leave it out?
