For those that know me (or follow me on Instagram), you know that me and avocados are BFF’s. I eat an avocado in some way, shape or form every single day. I just love ‘em! Plus avocados are filled with nourishing, healthy fats that are great for hormone health, helping you lose weight, fighting free radicals in the body and more. What’s not to love about that?!
I’ve been making this Chipotle copycat guacamole recipe for the past few years (I found the original recipe HERE) and it’s always a huge hit.
I add this guacamole to everrrrrrrything!
My BBQ stuffed sweet potato skins + this guac = best. thing. ever.
Guacamole, fresh salsa and scrambled eggs? Bring it on!
Bacon dipped in guacamole? I’m tellin’ ya, you haven’t lived until you’ve tried it!
Carne Asada and guac? I could totally eat it every single night.
Pineapple and guac “sandwiches?” Ohhhhhh YES!
I could go on and on with my guacamole love, but you get the point.

Perfect Guacamole – Chipotle Copycat Recipe
- 2 Avocados, peel and pit discarded
- ½ fresh lime, juiced
- ¼ medium sized red onion, finely diced
- ½ hot pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- sea salt and pepper, to taste
- Mash the avocados in a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Eat and enjoy!
