Add coffee beans and rosehip oil to a double boiler (for those without a double boiler, you can add a few inches of water to a skillet and then put a heat proof glass jar in the water. Add your ingredients to the glass jar).
Heat your coffee beans and rosehip oil on medium low heat for 30-45 minutes to infuse the beneficial properties of coffee into the oil. Strain the beans out of the oil. Pour the oil back in the double boiler.
Add in the beeswax pellets and cacao butter and heat until melted (about 5 minutes), stirring often.
