How To Make a Detox Smoothie
Serves: 1 serving
Detox Smoothie Recipe!
  • 1 cup leafy greens, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup fruit, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup liquid of choice (I use THIS coconut milk)
  • Superchargers of choice (see notes section for some good options and don't forget to pick one of the fats so you can absorb the fat-soluble nutrients!)
  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth! If your fruit or leafy greens aren't frozen, I suggest adding in a few ice cubes, too.
Optional Supercharger options:
1- 2 teaspoons matcha
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
2 teaspoons maca powder
½ teaspoon spirulina
2 tablespoons or 2 scoops collagen protein
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ avocado
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon olive oil, avocado oil or pumpkin seed oil
1 tablespoon raw hemp seeds
