Healthy Brownie Bites - Just 5 Ingredients!
Serves: about 15 brownie bites
Healthy Brownie Bites that are super simple to make and just 5 easy ingredients! Raw, Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free and absolutely DELICIOUS! So quick & easy and a healthy treat that you can feel good about eating!
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until everything is finely chopped and clumped together.
  2. Form into balls and refrigerate. You can eat them right away, but I think they are best eaten chilled, right out of the fridge :) Enjoy!
Even if the mixture looks a bit dry or crumbly, it should still be able to easily form balls once you press the mixture together and roll it out with your hands. If you are still having a hard time, try blending in a teaspoon or two of water. That will make it form and stick together easier. Adding water has never been necessary for me, but just thought I'd add that little tip in case anyone had a problem :) Enjoy!
