Place all the ingredients together in a pot over medium heat. Whisk occasionally until bubbles start to appear on the sides and the gelatin is completely dissolved (do not bring to a boil - important). This should take about 5 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat and pour into small serving dishes or ramekins. I used 4 small custard cups like THIS.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely set.
Before serving, top with any optional additional toppings of choice. Enjoy!
Notes
If you are using Great Lakes gelatin, make sure to use the orange/reddish can NOT the green one! :)
