Lemon Balm Popsicles make a wonderfully refreshing and tasty treat, especially on a hot summer day. Perfect for kids!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh lemon balm leaves
  • 2 cups hot water
  • ¼ cup honey
Instructions
  1. Add lemon balm leaves to hot water and let steep, covered, for 20 minutes.
  2. Strain and stir in honey.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds or ice cube trays. Place in the freezer for a few hours until frozen. Enjoy!
Notes
Using fresh lemon balm is best, but dried lemon balm works very well, too. You can purchase lemon balm tea at your local store in the boxed tea section. HERE is a brand I recommend. I would use 3 tea bags for this recipe. You can also purchase dried lemon balm at your local herb shop or HERE is a great dried lemon balm that you can purchase online. Use ¼ cup dried lemon balm for this recipe.
