I made this last night and it was wonderful. I had to use two pans to fit everything on it, but we all loved it. The steaks came out great and the vegetables were delicious. I never had luck with broiling steak before, so I was so excited about how great they came out and how yummy it was. I can’t wait to try some of your other recipes. Thank you!

Just made this last night and they were perfect! We like medium rare, too. Veggies were perfect and the carrots were still a little crisp, which we liked. Great flavor, great recipe. Thanks!
