How To Cure Eczema – Read This!

Eczema-Cure-Cover-Final1 The Eczema Cure by Emily Bartlett, first caught my eye last year because 2 of my adorable nieces had painful eczema that covered most of their body.

I watched them scratch in discomfort their scaly skin, which only made the eczema bleed and become even more painful. I witnessed the frustration of my sister who sought the advice of doctors and dermatologists, who only prescribed expensive creams that worked for a little bit, but then the  eczema always came back.

The truth is: There is NO medical cure for eczema.

Emily Bartlett writes, “These treatments fail because stopping the rash does not resolve the reason why the rash is happening in the first place. Eczema (and in fact, most skin conditions) is a reflection of a deeper, internal imbalance typically originating from poor digestion. When a dermatologist gives you creams and medicines to make the skin clear, the internal issues are not addressed. Using cortisone cream to fix eczema is a bit like painting a rickety house that’s about to fall down. It makes it look better, and you may feel better for a short period of time – but ultimately the underlying issues must be healed.”

FACT: Nutrient-dense, real food can cure eczema by healing your body from the inside out.

Emily Bartlett is a licensed acupuncturist and expert in Chinese medicine who has helped hundreds of patients suffering from eczema in her practice. In her book, she provides a 4 step holistic action plan that will cure eczema from the inside out.

What you’ll learn:

  • Why eczema happens, so you understand the root cause behind your condition.

  • How steroids and antibiotics actually contribute to your condition rather than heal it.

  • Exactly how to identify environmental and dietary triggers, so you can put an end to those flares.

  • How to “put out the fire” that causes your itchy, red, oozing rash.

  • How to strengthen your immunity, so you’re armed with the strongest defense to defeat your eczema.

  • The exact supplements and nutrients your body needs to heal, and the best sources.

  • The truth about probiotic foods, including their vital role in your diet.

  • The facts about dairy, including must-have information about dairy sensitivities and alternatives.

  • Tips and recipes for cleansing foods that detoxify gently.

  • and MUCH more.

Bottom Line:

I watched my two nieces become eczema success stories through the plans outlined in The Eczema Cure so obviously I’m a huge fan of Emily and her book. I can’t thank her enough for writing this and spreading the word that there IS a real cure for eczema.

If you are sick and tired of dealing with painful, scaly skin and are ready to make real changes to heal from the inside out, this book will take all the guesswork out of the process so you can finally heal.

While a visit to Emily’s office would cost you over $200, The Eczema Cure lays everything out in a step by step plan that’s easy to follow. Having read this book myself and seeing the success from my nieces, I can tell you that the information in here is worth every penny!

I think there is a glitch with your link. I keep getting Feed your Fertility instead of The Eczema Cure. 🙂

Also, Kelly, please could you tell me if Emily’s book helps folks who are already paleo/primal. I have been for two years now and still have ezcema. My son does too. We did an auto immune protocol for 30 days without much difference(maybe not enough time). We were looking at the book “The Hidden Plague” on MDA and wondering which might be a better place to start. The MDA post specifically mentions people who have been paleo/primal and are still dealing with skin issues. I just don’t want to shell out $30 for a book if it’s just going to tell me to eliminate grains. Your reviews are always helpful. Thanks Kelly.

      Cheryl,

I’ve had eczema for years on my hands. I went to an acupuncturist for a year and it helped, but it came back anytime I was stressed and didn’t go away again. I am vegetarian and have a clean diet, but that didn’t help. I quit caffeine and it got worse. This past summer, I realized that I was perimenopausal and was led to a supplement called Femmenescence. It’s a Maca supplement. It completely helped with my hormones, bringing me back into balance in so many ways and in the last 3 months that I’ve been taking it, my eczema went away and hasn’t come back! It’s the first and only thing to work. Their supplements are good for all women. I don’t know about your son, but maca isn’t just for women.

      Good luck,

      Kate

    what helped me was/is:
    * eliminate wheat and dairy
    * use of evening primrose oil
    * use of fermented cod liver oil
    * use of coconut oil (internally and externally)
