Southwest Avocado Ranch Dressing & Dip
Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (find my easy 30-second homemade mayo recipe HERE)
  • 1 avocado, skin and pit thrown out
  • 1 jalapeƱo, cut in half and seeded
  • 1 lime, juiced, about 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon each: dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried chives, chili powder & sea salt
  • ¼ cup avocado or olive oil (I use THIS)
  • optional: pinch or two of red pepper flakes if you want extra spice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor (I use THIS) and process until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick or has trouble blending, add in an additional tablespoon of oil until you reach desired consistency.
Notes
Keeps for 1-2 weeks in the fridge.
