Southwest Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken (about 3 chicken breasts)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 green onions, sliced, both green and white parts
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • For serving: tomatoes, avocados or lettuce
Instructions
  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Serve in a tomato, avocado halves or use lettuce as a wrap!
  3. Enjoy!
