Southwest Chicken Salad

Serves: 4-6
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken (about 3 chicken breasts)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 green onions, sliced, both green and white parts
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- For serving: tomatoes, avocados or lettuce
- Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve in a tomato, avocado halves or use lettuce as a wrap!
- Enjoy!
