Kelly this sounds amazing and sooooo easy. My kind of recipe! I’m going to have to try the peanut butter variation. That’s one of my favorite combos. As long as I have a can of coconut milk in the pantry I’m making this today ?

Is it possible to substitute the coconut milk for almond milk? It’s all I’ve got on hand. ?

Sounds wonderfully easy and much healthier than traditional fudge. Can you substitute almond milk for coconut milk? also, how many servings does this yield?

Hi Renee! I haven’t tried it with the almond milk substitution, but I don’t see a reason why it wouldn’t work. I usually make 2 long cuts lengthwise and then 4 cuts the other way, making it 3 pieces wide by 5 pieces long. That results in 15 squares that are about the size of traditional fudge (about 1 and a half inches).

Made this using powdered powdered monk fruit/erythritol blend. Also stirred in some chopped roasted pecans. Oh my gosh delicious!

My family and I are thoroughly enjoying your recipes! I have my husband and our grown son, who is staying with us during this corona virus. They are very fussy eaters. I have made your balsamic vinegar roast, and cooking another right now! We also tried the Italian meatballs with zucchini “noodles”. I bought the zucchini, but it didn’t go over well. I’ll get some gluten free noodles; maybe they’ll like that better. I could spend all day going thru your blog! So much info. I just made your Miracle Salve and it is very nice and moisturizing. I’ll also make your No Bake Chocolate Strawberry Tart for dessert for tonight. Looks SO yummy! I love ALL your recipes and look forward to making more. Thanks for all your hard work, Kelly. You truly are inspired!

We don’t have that brand of coconut milk. I’m assuming that it is milk in the carton?
